  • HUGS. My body is doing the same after getting to 189. I must admit that I havent been eating super well and if I dont have my BM then I will keep the gain longer. If you can kick up your work out. Change your cals in maybe you need less or possibly more cals each day. Just keep at it eventually it will go down again.

  • Get a mesuring tape and IGNORE the scale. Trust me. Was stuck at same weight for 6 months but lost a crazy amount of inches.   • Use a mesuring tape. I stopped losing for 6 months, and it was hard seeing the scale jump up and down the same 5 lbs. But then you would wear something and find you lost inches. I went down almost 3 sizes while staying the same weight.
