I prefer to ease myself in just because I know if I throw myself out there I get bored and worn out much to easy and early.

I usually put two chicken breasts in with two cups of water, a bunch of seasonings and cook on low for 4 hours. I then shred the chicken, and I have broth left over for soups and such.
