I usually only weigh myself the morning after an above and beyond workout. I get waaaay too nitpicky if I weigh every morning, or base my day around that morning's weight.

It was a lot of fun and felt so good to finish since it was very hard. Yes, lots of upper body strength and climbing over walls. I didn't finish as quickly as I had hoped, but it was good to have an idea of what my actual fitness level was and what I need to work on for next years race. Oh and lots of steep up hill climbs.…

For me personally, I've tried running several times, hating it everytime. I have finally found what motivates me to keep going and it's that I don't want to be the slowest one at a marathon. Also, after running/walking for several weeks, I finally started to see progress where I could run much longer then I ever could…

I'm terrible at keeping it up to date everyday but I'm making a goal to keep it up to date for the next week lol.

First off, Congrats, Second off, I'm nursing and am not having luck with losing weight even though I was dieting and exercising. I'm going to continue to exercise and not be so rigorous on my food intake, just try to eat more fruits/veggies/protein

I too am more concerned about ethics which is why I spend more $$ on better quality meats, and why I want to stay away from eating actual meat products but still incorporate a good amount of protein each day. Thank you, do like greek yogurt and cheese.

Yeah I eat eggs, I just don't usually care for them, I guess I should hard boil them, that's how I like them best.
