Gaining Weight and Inches

For the last 3 weeks I have been working out more often and longer amounts then I was. As a result, I have put on almost 10lbs without losing any inches, looking leaner, toner, etc. I haven't changed much about my diet yet, but it definitely has not gotten worst. Any idea as to why I'm gaining weight and inches?

    I'm terrible at keeping it up to date everyday but I'm making a goal to keep it up to date for the next week lol.

    Well, then you really have no clue how much you're eating. Unless you got the numbers right there, you cannot say for certain. Start tracking every day, and then you'll be in a better position to find out what is going on.

    Otherwise, there's literally nothing anyone here can say to help you specifically other than give general tips that are present in almost every thread here.
