Gaining Weight and Inches
For the last 3 weeks I have been working out more often and longer amounts then I was. As a result, I have put on almost 10lbs without losing any inches, looking leaner, toner, etc. I haven't changed much about my diet yet, but it definitely has not gotten worst. Any idea as to why I'm gaining weight and inches?

Post Workout
Should I eat something post workout? If so, what or how many calories? Does it matter what kind of exercise I do? I usually eat 1-2 fruits/vegetables after workouts.

Off days
What do you do on your off days? I feel like I should definitely be getting some kind of workout in even though it's my off day. I am currently doing C25K and have ran the past 3 days in a row. Plus I have kids so my time is limited.

High Protein Vegetarian?
Do any of you have any easy high protein no meat recipes? Especially dinner recipes? I've been trying to eat more protein but I don't like eating meat all the time or spending the money on it.
