What kind of success have you gotten from high intensity interval training?

what monty said bahahha.
nah its very beneficial for many reasons, your increase your resting heart rate so burn more calories all the time if you do it regularly. its more time efficient. and ... well it just works for me. i do it 3x per week. a 10 min session, a 20 min session and a 30min session (dont have them back to back or after leg day haha)0 -
It really does lead to calorie burn for longer. I have the bodymedia armband. The day after I do a HIIT it shows a much higher calorie burn. Plus, it doesn't feel impossible because it is in little chunks. I'm fairly new to it, so I can't prove success yet, but it has increased my stamina.0

I started doing HIIT training this summer (I'm using Turbo Fire), and that's when I started noticing real changes in my weight, body shape/composition, strength and endurance. Still a ways to go, but I love it. The workouts go quickly, but man oh man are they killer (and fun!) I do HIITs 2 or 3 times a week, with other cardio (kickboxing or running) between HIIT days for a "break" :P0
