I've had the same thing happen to me on more than one occasion like one hour im not hungry at all and the next I'm so hungry that I'm shaking. I dont know what it is but its very weird.

Thank you all so much. Weight loss for me has been a life long struggle. I have went from losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks using the Atkins diet to losing 1-2 pounds a week using a healthier diet.

Most days my calorie intake is 1000 or below. I don't know why I don't have the urge to eat.
