Great work!!! And can I just say how jealous I am of the muscle tone in your thighs?? I wish!
-
Thanks! Although I'm pretty sure after Sweat 5-6 and ab ripper 200 that Tony Horton is trying to kill me. Also: I sure hope my co-ordination improves.
-
Thanks guys! :-D
-
sorry! Can't see the after! I'm sure you look amazing though
-
i think there's a p90x +, and there's insanity.....
-
Oh and I have to say - I was expecting sculpt 5-6 to be a bit harder... but maybe it just seemed not as hard because I am not doing the moves correctly. Some of them i found it hard to do them and watch the TV for instruction so it was a bit of a guess. Sweat 5-6 is tonight. Overall I'm thinking of doing the standard…

Hi guys!! I used to be over in the p90 support thread but I just started P90M yesterday - can I join here too!?
-
Thank you so much everyone!
-
Thanks!! It's actually just P90 - not P90X. P90 is a couple levels down. I didn't follow any nutrition plan other than counting calories on this site. My diary is public if you want to see how I eat. For the most part it's pretty healthy.
-
Thanks everyone!!!
-
I didn't find it crazy hard, no. Within a week I found my body adjusted to the workout. I'm excited and nervous to start p90 masters cause I don't want to suck again. Lol

LOL

I find curvy attractive. I find fit SUPER attractive. Like, really slim and fit is the best. Super bony skinny though I'm not a fan of, but that's just me.
-
Amazing! You look beautiful in both pics, but you must be proud of the work you've done!
-
HOLY CRAP! Well friging done.
-
I've used this for balancing food and P90 for exercise. I didn't follow any diet per se. Just watched my balance with MFP
-
That totally counts! I had the same one recently :) I took much pleasure. Congrats!
-
Well done!!!! You're doing such a great job!
-
a LOT. I say I drink 8 to 10 "cups" but each of my cups is at least 1.5. I just drink it all day at work in my tall glass.
-
I just have to say - I'm still considered a "young adult" at 28??lol
-
Wow! You looked dece before but you look INCREDIBLE now. That's the kind of body I day dream about. Well done!
-
let's see your diary...
-
If you open your diary maybe we can make some suggestions based on what you're eating. Protein will help you stay full too :-) Eating slower is a great suggestion. I fill up WAY faster when I'm eating slowly
-
I'd start with P90 if I were you. It depends on your fitness level though.
-
o.O
-
I'm no expert but I wouldn't think it'd count the same. Just like doing them on your knees is easier, doing them on the wall isn't as difficult either. You're not working against gravity. I THINK that it would be considered strength, but you're still burning calories.
-
I'm doing P90 (NOT P90X), and my results so far are below (and in my profile). I only have a week and a half left of the 90 days!! I might carry on for a couple more weeks before I attempt P90MS.
-
Way to go everyone!! I haven't heard much from my teammates but I'm super proud of them! :)

I'm sure it is a very real thing for some... an excuse for others. I doubt that a large proportion of overeaters are physically addicted. Just like most people that enjoy drinking 6 or 7 beers in a sitting aren't alcoholics. They just over-drink when they sit down to do it, but it doesn't affect their social lives or jobs…
