finished p90 - on to p90 master series!!
All done - In the beginning I couldn't do 2 pushups on my knees. By the end I was doing sculpt 3-4 entirely regular pushups (2 sets of 20, a set of 21, and one final set - my max was 25 for that one). I'm moving on to p90 master series now. Here are my pics!!

P90 - day 60 results
So I'm not sure I see too much difference in my size... The original comparison pic is in my profile if you want to see it (there's DEF a difference between day 1 and day 30). I am personally noticing a lot of muscle definition and strength though which I am LOVING.

Just a question
For trainers/knowledgeable people: It seems like my body goes through periods of small plateaus and then drops weight really fast without me changing anything about my diet. For example - I'll sit at 165 for 3 weeks and then suddenly within a week or two I'll drop 5 lbs. Then I'll sit at 160 for another 3 weeks or so...…

Please critique my food diary
DISCLAIMERS: - I am still nursing my 1.5 yr old - this is why my deficit is only 1/2 lb a week. - I know I don't "need" the odd beer or bite of chocolate. These are treats I allow myself. - I'm very honest with my logging. If I ate it, it's in my food diary. - I tend to overestimate how many cals things are or serving size…

Day 1 (roughly) and day 30 (roughly) of P90
15 lbs down in this pic (although it's more now). Hopefully this works.

P90X LEAN??
I'm still on P90 - then I'm going to try P90MS, but afterward I'd like to try P90X LEAN, but I'm confused about where to get this. Is it a separate program from P90X? OR do you just use a slightly different schedule?

sz 10 shorts!!
Well I managed to squeeze into my old sz 10 shorts from 2 yrs ago! I started my weight loss @ sz 14 pants. When the hot weather got here I put on my old sz 12s. They barely fit - almost too big Well tonight I managed to jam myself into my sz 10s (12s are ridiculous - they just fall off, even with rolling the band). There's…

need some motivation or encouragement or something
So I started March 31st. In that time I've lost 15 (almost) lbs. Great. I still have over 15 to go to get into the "normal" weight range for my height. But for the last 2 weeks I've been bouncing between 163-164. I know this is far from an ideal weight for my body. Do I need to adjust my weight loss goals? Go from 1lb a…

small victory
I've been feeling really down about my body lately so I just thought I'd pump myself up a little bit. My boss brought in samosas this morning - at 250 (ish) cals a pop. :s Well I had ONE... and despite the fact that coworkers are encouraging me to go have another, and the fact that there are 40 or 50 still over there…

Food diary advice...
I opened up my food diary and am wondering if people could take a look and see if it looks like generally I'm doing a good job. I am losing weight - a bit fast actually - so I upped my calories per day by 100 cals. just to see how that goes for a bit. There were some days when I was super over on sodium - I've learned my…

been posting but haven't introduced
I'm finally doing this hard-core. I've always ALWAYS been overweight (except for when I was a little kid, and I thought I was even though I wasn't really). Since starting MFP a year and a half (almost) after having my daughter I've dropped 11 lbs and a pant size (thank you P90!). For the first time in my life I realize my…

Feel silly but..
I hit my first goal - 10lbs down! And a non-scale victory: I'm down a clothing size. I went from a sz 14 to size 12 pant. I was all upset because i seemed to be "plateau"-ing for the last couple weeks, bouncing between 169 and 171... but then I realized, I lost 8 lbs in a month which I think is pretty good, and that I…

i'm sure it's been q'd to death but...
I read some of the newbie threads and I have to say I'm more friging confused than ever. When I first set up the MFP app I set 1/2lb a week since I'm still nursing and I thought 1300 cals was too low. Then I discovered that you can add nursing and it will give you back calories so now I'm set @ 1350ish. That's just what…
