I agree.. one bad day isn't going to make or break you in the long run. If you always deny yourself the "off limit" type foods, this will never stick. It will be just another diet and not a lifestyle change. Don't beat yourself up. I honestly think that we should have one day a week or every other week where we indulge.…

My target is 2200. If you have a lot to lose and your calorie target is too low, you will lose too much too fast and put your body in starvation mode. As long as you're losing and feeling better, keep it up! :)
