bump Thanks! Looks scrummy!

I also had this problem although I think the main reason for me (besides the ridiculous amounts of sodium) was that quite a few of them just aren't filling. I would eat them for lunch at work and within a couple hours I would already be hungry again.

Cardio doesn't help if you work out like this guy... Otherwise you guys are just chasing your tails since the people on each side of the fence never change their minds in here.

^^ Ha HA!

You guys are awesome :drinker:

seems like every couple of weeks someone posts this question...

I would choose grandparents in this instance. The coast will still be there when you have more cash to spend. The bestie, if she is a true bestie, will still be there to hang out with. Grandparents will not. I lost my Gram November of last year and would give anything to spend one more vacay with her.

This ^ For everyone who complains that it isn't accurate. It is just an estimate of what your progress WOULD be if you ate the exact calorie/macros intake for the next 5 weeks as you had that day. Obviously most of us don't do that. It's just a guide.

I can't wait to not be in a deficit anymore! I plan to keep eating healthy but man will it be nice to have a bit more wiggle room

This is exactly why I suggested going to the market a couple times a week like I do, then you just get what you need for a couple of days and don't take up a ton of space in the fridge.

I ran into the same problem when I moved back in to my mom's pad this last year so I started stopping at the local grocery store a couple times a week and getting my own fresh foods. It can be a pain making separate meals sometimes but if you're in a situation where they have no inclination to change their habits, then…

As far as I know nothing happens. There is no parade  besides the love from the support group you have built

I rarely eat breakfast because I'm generally just not hungry before 11 or noon and I haven't had any problems losing weight. I agree with the poster who said eat when you are hungry.

Oh wow, I just clicked on him in my friend list and it said he deactivated his account. LOL And he didn't even say goodbye :noway:

I agree with misskortney, I wear bracelets so I would love that idea but I have a lot of girlfriends who would never wear it. Definitely put out some feelers on that idea. Also, I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this but if you guys have been together for a while now, she will most likely drop little hints of her own...keep…

This Exactly what i was going to say  This used to happen to me every time, now I take iron supplements along with my regular vitamin and I'm good to go.

This

I'm sorry but did no one else notice this statement? How on earth could you marry someone if you didn't even know how old they were?
-
Yes! I think our misconceptions about portions and the factual calories in certain foods is the biggest reason people have a hard time losing weight (besides just being lazy of course). I never counted calories before MFP and now I can't imagine losing the last 12lbs without it! LLAP :flowerforyou:

^^ This!

I don't think there's anything weird about making people smile

I absolutely agree

I love freckles :flowerforyou:

Bah Ha Ha! The sarcasm dripping off this statement gave me a much needed giggle :)
-
Agree completely, red heels would be awesome :)

This is just another DIEt which is no good for your body at all. Eating only 900 calories a day is not teaching yourself to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. It is just starving yourself until the weight comes off.
-
Seriously! That is an amazing confirmation that all your hard work is paying off! Good for you! LLAP :flowerforyou:

Awesome facepalm  As far as the whole "hubby" thing, I couldn't care less. People have so many different pet names for each other and some are adorable and some make me want to hurl but in the end the cuteness is in the eye of the beholder no? I haven't been married but I doubt I would call my boyfriend hubby if we…

Whenever I know I'm going to be eating out I plan ahead...I have a whole list of menus bookmarked on my computer and I choose my meal and log before I even leave the house. Here is the meal builder for McDs: http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/meal_builder.html Good luck and have fun! LLAP :flowerforyou:
