I've lost 20+ lbs and don't see a difference either. No need to for new clothes yet. But looking forward to more loss and new clothes.

The #1 things that keeps me going is knowing that I will be here longer for my kids, grand kids, great grand kids. I'm only 37 and know that by doing something now to better myself I will be here longer for those I love. Even if I don't have the grand kids yet, and don't want for a long time. :0)

When I want chocolate I think of how long I will have to work out to burn those calories. It stops me from eating chocolate every time.

If it gets your heart pumping faster and continues for a period of time, then yes I think it can be counted. I would not call cleaning my house for 10 minutes exercise. BUT if I am vacuuming the stairs and going up and down them several times, then yes I would count that. Breaking a sweat could be considered exercise.…

It takes burning off 3500 calories to take off one pound. It's easier just not to eat those calories. Remember to eat something good for you when you want something bad. Trust me I know; I've bee craving all bad foods lately. Good luck!
