  • I have been thinking about buying a scale and after reading the good reviews I will go looking to buy one. I measure by cup, spoon, palm size (for meat), and divide portions by package nutrition info.

  • I seem to do well on Almond milk but i'm lucky i'm not allergic to nuts. I found a youtube channel called Psychetruth and they had some great recommendations for shopping and diet food stuff.
