When I started I did it 5 days a week instead of 3. I wrestled all threw out high school and have always had endurance...I just don't have strength I can Run 3 Miles in about 45 mins not quite 30 mins but I can run non stop none the less....P90 is more strength than endurance I broke my shoulder the year after i graduated…

imafymrat you said you need 200g of protein? My calculator only says 84 is this correct? if that's the case I'm not getting anywhere near that. I'm confused...I guess my main question is would whey slow down my weight loss progress??
