  • Ah, understandable. Thank you! :)
  • Thank you, I will check those out! I currently have a three days weight training split, but I'm always open to new suggestions and advice from people know what they're talking about. :)
  • I thought it was quite odd, myself. I'm having a hard time determine what is bs when it comes to fitness at times.
  • I was unclear, that's not including my bmr. But I am still learning about all this stuff, I am definitely no expert!
  • If there is no healthy food around at the moment, I'll let it. I nearly always have water with me, there are water foundations and vending machines pretty much everywhere, so if I'm stuck in a situation where I have to choose between something unhealthy and nothing at all, I'll drink a ton of water to make my belly feel…
  • Wow, I'm going to explore the desktop site a little more and see all of the differences for logging and reports and such. I'm so busy, the app is a lifesaver!!! I would hate to have to scroll through a ton of pages every single time to log something I've logged frequently.
  • I'm a junk food addict, I love salty and sweet, but sweets are the worst for me, I could eat sweets all day if it wasn't unhealthy. I've been making my own healthy sweet treats lately. My two favorites: -Plain Greek yogurt with mixed fruit and honey -Full fat cottage cheese with honey (it reminds me of rice pudding) My…
  • Eggs, Greek yogurt, chicken, beans, and tuna have all become a part of my diet to help me boost my protein. Chicken and tuna are great because you can make so many things with them!! Also, mix in some fruit and drizzle some honey on plain Greek yogurt, yummmmmm!
  • As long as I'm within my calories for the day, I will eat right before I fall asleep if I am hungry. I weigh every morning and the scale hasn't gone up all week, actually it went down (woohoo). When I first started MFP, I was still making bad food choices and would use up all of my calories at the beginning of the day…
  • This is actually my first week on this type of diet and I love it! I have so much more energy, less cravings, and I'm not as bloated after eating. I've been a little hungrier today because of certain reasons, but every other day, I've been golden! This is coming from someone with a serious junk food addiction who built of…
  • Super size fast food meals Whole tub of ice cream with all the fixings Numbeous chocolate bars Big bag of Doritos That was pretty much my daily intake and then some. Plus, when I first started college, I partied and drank quite a bit. I was never obese, I blame that on my young metabolism, but I certainly was not healthy…
  • On my phone, I have the app. If you click on your nutrition, there is a weekly option. There is a bar graph that shows the weekly average. I'm unsure if you can do it from the computer, as I almost never get on MFP on the computer. If you have the iPhone app though, you can do all of that. :)
  • Awesome!!! I'm still, after using this site on and off for some time, learning new things. Thanks for the reply. :)
