Its hard by but you can do it!! Spend some time everyday focusing on yourself, wake up a little earlier or stay up later. The sacrifices will be well worth it. Feel free to add me as a friend!

Best of luck!! It is one step at a time, one day at a time and one pound at a time. Feel free to add me for support! I'm a mom too and weighed over 240 lbs when I started this journey.

No, because first I don't want to be skinny! Once I reached my goal weight it was about being able to do things with my kids, being comfortable in my own skin and enjoying life that much more. I haven't given anything up as for food.

Eating plain with berries. Today I had pancakes, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 egg whites, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/8 baking powder, cinnamon & nutmeg (can be optional). Mix together & then cook until firm (about 5 minutes) each side. Enjoy with berries on top or any syrup of your choice. Use a non stick frying pan or it will be a…

Do what makes you both happy. Don't feel like bad because you plan your wedding the way you want, everyone wants something different and no matter what not everyone will be happy with your decisions, they need to realize it's YOUR day. Speaking from my own experience I had the big wedding that I did not want, if I could do…

I workout harder, makes everything feel better. Take something for it to ease the pain, put a heating pad, drink some herbal tea. When I'm hungry I just eat (healthier options of course like popcorn air popped) the more you fight it, you end up grumpy, irritated and in the end you chose the wrong foods.

Amazing! Congrats on your success, such an inspiring story!

I've had my FitBit for over a year and love it, it tracks everything I need to know and no monthly subscriptions. I lost one and they sent me a replacement with no issue as long as I showed them the receipt, awesome customer service!

Agree with above, hard to tell when we can't see your diary. We may think we are eating healthy but not so much. Also eating too little can cauae you to gain weight! Just don't give up, you'll have your ups & downs but in the end it will be all worth it!

Always up for more support! Let's make this happen!

From the women I know most assume that if you lift weights you'll bulk up and end up looking like a man. Unfortunately a lot of women have this mentality, not really getting the correct information.

I drink as I work out and as soon as I start my day. It's either water or green tea, I don't drink much else so it makes it easier. If you think of it as a chore then you'll never do it, maybe add some natural flavour like mint leaves and lemon for a better taste.

I use DVD's from home with a 4 and 3 year old. Wake up at 4:30am to get it done otherwise I will make excuses and procrastinate. I lost 95lbs using Turbo Fire and loved it! Look for a video that works for you, some of the videos are about 30 minutes.
