Goal of 60 pounds to lose by end if year

hi I have set a goal for myself to lose 60 pounds by the end of the year. I use a couple different sites I'm also on lose it can be looked up by my name lisa castillo would love friends on both sites anyway lets become friends snd see are changes occur of the rest of the year.
