  • well, that happens sometimes. Did you eat a lot of salty foods? Did you drink... you should drink lots of water and get back to eating how you had been. That should show some difference next week... and remember not to let one tiny setback upset your goals. This has happened to so many of us... don't get upset... just keep…
  • LOL just sent a friend request.

  • Yeah, it sucks that people are rude, but I think you have to just let it go and not give them for to fuel.
  • I think with child care included it is a great deal.

  • Hi, I switched from Weight Watchers a few months ago... this site is great! Glad you are here! Feel free to add me.
  • I never eat more than 1000 net cals a day, but I am way shorter than the average person at 4feet 11.5 inches tall. I lose at or below 1 lb per week, but I get too hungry to push it down any further :)

  • I think your calories have a lot more to do with how you feel... This site gives a pretty good target for most people... not very short people, but most average height people. You should end up with a net calorie in-take within 150 calories of your suggested daily target. For instance, say you have a 1500 calorie target.…
  • I switched from Weight watchers and love it here! GOOD LUCK! feel free to add me if you like. I eat at or below 1100 net calories. I am really short, though... 4 feet 11.5 inches. Yes, that half inch is really important. So, with the 1200 cals a day, I wouldn't even lose 1 lb a week. I love to walk... usually I get at…
  • Sounds like you have this down, so do what feels right with WHAT you eat. As long as you are tracking it and coming in at or below your cals per day... you are rocking it!
  • I would start by adding up what you do already. You can track the time it takes you to walk to and from your car and your yard work! Once you start with that, you can add to it slowly, and you will likely feel more willing to exercise as the weight comes off... When I started, I didn't like walking 10 minutes to my car!!!…
  • Google search for calories and kids. That will give you some good places to start thinking about how many calories they need... I would also talk to their dr.
  • Do this for you and your kids!!! YOU are worth this :) I will send a friend request and I will help support you! You are doing such an awesome thing for yourself and for your family :)
  • Glad you are here! Welcome... feel free to add me.
  • Glad you are here! This site rocks :)
  • yeah... I think it takes playing with your cals to see what works best for you... the thing is that it is difficult to measure the number of cals you burn with or without exercise, so it is different for each person. I tend to only eat them if I really feel extra hungry that day, but usually I don't eat all of them.
  • Keep working! Don't let yourself get upset :) Work out and know that you are doing a great job! Sometimes it just takes you keeping on going.
  • there is also a listing for the unsweetened version in mfitnesspal. It is for 16ozs or 1oz. I put in 24 oz and it was 0 cals. So I would think that is the one you should use!
  • That is sort of what it would suggest, I think... but again... I don't know what they add to it to make it citrus flavored... They used to let you customize their drinks on that site and it sucks since that isn't an option... why would they go from something so helpful to something so not?!?! Sorry there isn't better info…
  • Watch what you eat from any source! As long as you are eating within your calories/fat/sodium/carbs you will be fine! As for the calories for working out... just eat what you need :) Don't worry if you eat them all one day and then few or none the next. Your body should be telling you on days you really work hard that you…
  • http://www.starbucks.com/menu/nutrition/20-under-200 This link shows one type without sugar that is 0 cals. I would check to see if you can e-mail them for the nutritional information for the unsweetened version.
  • http://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/tazo-tea/black-shaken-iced-tea#size=180828 It looks that is sweet tea... and it has citrus added. Check the link above... I didn't notice any way to customize the drink.
  • Oh, you are so in the right place!!! Friend me if you want support.
  • You are worth this! Always do what is best for you... anyone who really loves you will stick around :) Feel free to add me if you like.
  • This site rocks! GOOD LUCK and just remember to keep logging everything :) Feel free to add me if you wish
