Your tea has calories?? If you like tea, Tejava is an excellent one. Just like home brewed with no additives.

I would check the nutritional value on the company's website to make sure that is accurate. It could be more than that. Sorry for the shock. I have had that happen a few times when I look up how many calories are in the foods that I use to eat all the time.

It looks that is sweet tea... and it has citrus added. Check the link above... I didn't notice any way to customize the drink.

This link shows one type without sugar that is 0 cals. I would check to see if you can e-mail them for the nutritional information for the unsweetened version.

That is sort of what it would suggest, I think... but again... I don't know what they add to it to make it citrus flavored... They used to let you customize their drinks on that site and it sucks since that isn't an option... why would they go from something so helpful to something so not?!?! Sorry there isn't better info :(

    this might be useful too!

there is also a listing for the unsweetened version in mfitnesspal. It is for 16ozs or 1oz. I put in 24 oz and it was 0 cals. So I would think that is the one you should use!
