LOL-This is totally my next fitness goal (and I'm not even doing yoga). Much to the delight of my daughters, I busted out a camping mat and have been practicing a couple of times each day in the living room. They laugh and laugh at me. Glad you did this-I can't wait!

I've yo-yoed because of having kids, but find I gain back when I don't log my food and when I don't make exercise a priority.
