The scale can be a liar sometimes (at least, that's what I like to think when I've had a gain). Try taking your measurements or just throw out this week's # and go with next week's. It's okay.

All the time! I'm snacking now on a huge bowl of blueberries and will have a bowl of cereal while the kids are sleeping too. I have 3 kids-7, 5, and 2. My oldest is in school.

I do a cheat day at least every week. Generally it's a lot of drinks which means I then indulge in foods that have no nutritional value like cake & chips. :) What always surprises me is that there's a loss on the scale the next day. It usually only lasts a day, but ti's still there. :)

Well, initial loss was 80 lbs. in about 3 years (60 in the first year). Then I had kids so I regained and lost the weight after each one, although I never went back to my heaviest weight of 205, even while pregnant. Thank you everyone. You have made my Saturday and the rest of my week too. :)
