Overnight oats have been a saviour for me! The night before I put in a bowl: 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup of water 1/4 cup natural yoghurts 1 teaspoon natural honey 1 teaspoon of chia seeds Mix it all together and enjoy the following day!

Thank you everyone for replying! I was just looking for some ideas as to which may be more suitable for me. I think I will try will better planning of snacks to begin with while sticking to 3 bigger meals a day-to plan for 5/6 small meals a day doesn't suit my lifestyle nor my boyfriends! I had no weight loss last weekend but had a few beers with my boyfriend over the weekend. At first I was discouraged that I may never be able to drink beer again-I quickly got rid of that thought as I love beer! Nice to see this is a common issue and one that will pass!
