  • I agree! James was so talented. Haley is awful and should have gone in week one in my opinion, In my opinion it should have been James, Scotty, and Lauren.
  • Drinking alot of water is fine, it depends on how fast you drink it really. If you are gulping down a bottle in 5 minutes than thats not good but drinking it slowly is fine :)
  • I wouldn't do any more than 5 pounds with any workout you do, unless you would prefer for your arms to look more muscular. For just starting with Jillian I would suggest 3 pounds :)

  • I think it's wrong of people to make fun of her, and I think she is very brave for agreeing to be on the show. I believe Maks' leg really did give out, it is a normal thing to happen.
