I do it to a certain extent but if I get too much junk I get too hungry at the end of the day.

I never exercise. I don't mind the fast weight loss I just want to know how much of it is water weight.

Your goal in eating shouldn't be to feel full in the first place. Eat until you are no longer hungry and then STOP even if you have food left over

I only do 1200 because I'm too lazy to exercise. I still feel satisfied and full and I can eat whatever I want. Today it was dominos and last weekend Taco Bell. Yum

I'm 5'8" and currently just under 160. My highest weight was around 190 and my lowest about 140. I'm gonna try to go even lower to about 120.

Age: 27 Height: 5'8" Weight: 159 My highest weight was about 190 or so and my lowest was about 140. My goal is to get to about 125. I eat 1200 calories per day and I don't exercise. My job is pretty physical and I'm on my feet all day doing a lot of lifting, pushing, and pulling.
