  • I was out of town for the weekend with out my bike. I ended the week at 70 miles. I hope to do a bit better this week. I will try for my 100 miles per week again. Happy cycling all!

  • lleanak - Strep is awful glad you are back in the saddle so quickly. I rode to work today 12.5 each way. I felt sluggish getting there. I flew home though! stschulz - I to have 1000 calories yet to eat (from exercise) I am doing my best but will probably only get 300 in. I just was not hungry today....
  • I made my goal last week and on track for this week. Sunday I rode 29 miles Monday Ran Tuesday 25 miles I will get in 100 miles this week again.
  • Welcome! Planning your meals for the day is key in staying with in your allotment. There are a great group of people who will help you with any questions/concerns you may have.

  • I usually just have an Activia for my morning snack. I will start to sub that with a PB sandwich see how I do with that.
