i just started it today im on level 1 heard to do level 1 for 10 days and level 2 for 10 day and level 3 for 10 days

it is very stressful planing a wedding and trying to work and fit family time and excercise in can all be stressful i find when i get stressed i go for a walk which has been alot lately i promised myself if i lose more weight by end of june im treating myself as a present to me cos i deserve it so pampering will do lol

from what i see you doing well on your weightloss congrats on getting married take one day at a time how long till big day when i feel stressed i go out for a long walk to clear my head go for a massage or body wrap once a month some sort of pampering

i been doing davinas fit in 15 i made excercise calledc same i use hrm watch log calories i burned while doing that dvd because didnt want to split it

i usually wait and weigh myself few days later because i have bad toms swell up bad i still eat healthly and try excercise has eased alittle with excercise though

was 14 stone 8 lbs size 20 bottom and 18 top now 13 stone 5 pounds size 18 bottom size 16 top want to get size 10/12 uk 9 stone want to get to in the long run

im getting married august 7th 2015 havent bought my dress yet was going to wait till 3 months before i want to get in to uk 10 workout every day have cut my calories down as well im 5 ft 4 still have 52 pound more to lose congrats girls on your up and coming weddings its so exciting

i have never taken them but have heard from a friend that they do work as her friend lost over 30 pound in 3 months how long you been taking them have you lost any weight

i do all the just dances 3 times a week and the biggest loser challenge ea more active gold gym dance workout jillian micheals ultimate fitness zumba core and zumba fitness party all on wii dvds i di davina fit in 15 and vicky entwistle wow workout go for long walks with some intervival running

i am burning more yes cos if i sit down i started getting sore and stiff so carry on excercising i do weigh and double check what i eat concidering i use to hardly eat anything like monday a sandwich 2 100g dairy milk chocolate tuesday same with out sandwich but main meal wednesday sometimes nothing but chocolate thursday…

i quit smoking just 9 weeks ago with aid of patches but then done it on my own i thought i wouldnt manage as had alot going on ended up badly depresssed i managed it feel whole lot better not smoking did find im always hungry thought nothing seems to suppress my hunger congrats on quitting best thing i did
