We spend about 150-200 a wk for a family of 4. That includes non edible items. We buy lots of fresh foods, which can be expensive, but I don't mind if they get eaten. :smile:

Keep going, it will get easier! It took me 2 months for my scale to move. Try not to focus on the number of the scale, but how you feel and who knows maybe you are losing inches. Find positive people on MFP who will be encouraging you and support you on your journey! Good luck! :smile:

i do the same thing, i just average what my elliptical says to what FP says. As long as you are losing, keep doing what you have been and don't stress about it. Keep up the good work.

I hardly ever eat back my calories I have worked off. If I am hungry I eat, if I' m not hungry I don't. I am still losing. If I am wanting to maintain my goal, I might eat more of the burned calories.
