I agree about trying to get into Indian food because it's very satisfying with all the sauces & spices. My family eats meat. I don't so I just substitute when I make mine. Try substitutions instead of trying to make something new everyday. Although I'm all for expanding my list. Go to the book store & look at vegetarian…

I donated my skinny jeans last week. I guess I was at the hopeless point & was sick of the muffin top effect. Oh well it's a reward to go shopping for new. Donate to a shelter, definitely!

I just discovered this great stuff 6 mo ago. Love, love it. I don't like cow's milk. Tried the soy but didn't finish the carton. The Silk brand vanilla is my favorite! It's like a shake. When I want a desert I pour it over light ice cream. Where's this stuff been all my life?!

Get the junk food out of the house. If someone else in the family eats it, keep it elsewhere. Reducing temptation helps a lot. The more u eat that stuff, the more you want it. After a week or two I lose my cravings for it.

I am finding I need to prepare every morning. What's my schedule, when & what will I do for exercise, what will I make for the family for dinner, etc. I get myself in trouble when I wing it. I can also compensate accordingly if I know dinner is Lasagna or something equally destructive to daily calorie count.

Challenged my 11 yr old son to see who could hold it the longest. I have strong abs but couldn't hold too long much to my surprise. My lower back is weak, which I never realized.

Thanks. I think my problem is all those little things add up. I eat small meals but have bad habits of a little of this or a little of that. I eat healthy but I think I misjudge the quantities I eat. It's hard when you have to cook for a family & get the kids snacks, etc. Somehow a lot ends up in my mouth ;)
