Chicago mix popcorn. You know the stuff that has both cheese popcorn & Carmel corn in the bag? Absolutely no control. I can’t stop thinking about it until I eat the entire bag- like the huge Costco size. It calls me from the pantry...just a small handful...you know you want it....a few now and you can skip lunch...ok just…

You can add me as a friend. Im 5’4 & weighed 160 on Monday. That’s the highest I’ve been. Yore goal is loftier than mine. I’m shooting for 140 to start & maybe 130 as a second goal. Good luck! You can do it!💪👊

Don’t think about it, just go -immediately-before you think about it & talk yourself out of it. Just follow the routine without thought. That being said, if I really really don’t want to go to a class that day, I’ll do some serious yard work & I’m always sore the next day. Saying I’ll go “later” or I’ll work out at home…

Add me! Getting back to a routine of logging & love to see what people are doing.

Hi, Everyone! This is a follow on from the May Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the May challenge to join in June.…

Absolutely. I'm so happy that you can find this info online often. It has helped save me from huge calories. I wasn't proactive last week & ate a 1200 calorie salad!! Yikes!

Polar Heart Rate Monitors. I love mine & have only ever heard other people say the same! There's several models. Simple is best IMO.

I agree with LaurenAok, learning to control your portions are key. I buy prepackaged, chips & 100 calorie packs sometimes because when I want junk I want someone to control my portions. If you need something to get the ball rolling it's good, but remember long term strategy is the key to success and learning control is a…

The little tastes of this & that. Portion sizes. I've always ate healthy but it's amazing how much the little bits add up to!

I've been vegetarian since I was a kid. I've never liked meat. It will get easier as time goes on. Educate yourself on somethings with high protein & you'll find your favorites. Keep a balanced unprocessed diet & you'll be fine.
-
Me too. Just make an agreement with yourself to log everything for a week & hopefully you'll be back in the swing. Feel free to add me.

Walking outside-easy, no equip or planning necessary & fresh air & daylight is a bonus for well being.

I like to pick a few specific habits. After all, that's what it comes down to. Overall lose 15 lbs- but by: 1.log everything 2.not put things in my mouth until I log them 3.not keep junk in the house. Rather go out for desert when craving hits. 4.clear out my closet & buy nice workout clothes- That's what I wear anyway-so…

This is probably a silly question but it'll take me 20 min to figure it out-how do I check in with the group. Is there a "tab"?

Hi, I'm Stephanie. I just can't get into the habit & need accountability. I've slowly slipped into bad habits over the last few years & I'm sick of myself! I've read it takes 21 days to incorporate a new habit so let's see! I've had foot issues so for the first time in my life I haven't been able to do cardio for the lady…

Feel free to add me. 30 day shred is great. Think I will start doing it again today...in a few minutes after I get off this site :) Just do what you can & keep moving. It's not easy but not extreme either. You will certainly get results. I have creeped up a few sizes too & I have to get back on track. This site & the…

Feel free to add me! I joined a while ago, had success & then slacked off on recording my food intake & creeped back up slowly. I have to get back on track too! Get lots of friends & get in the habit of checking in. There are so many great people on this site that will surely motivate you! Good luck!
