i ve tried to go cold turkey on junk and its not possible so to appease my inner food demon i eat one piece of DARK chocolate if i need it. so far i ve been doing well and junk has been getting less and less attractive. so moderation is important guys. and control good luck to yall

This happened to me on Easter weekend and because of my mistake of eating mc donalds I realize now how bad it is and how gross it is. I probably will stay off fast food for a while now. But remember once in a while is okay tomorrow is a new day with clean slate. Good luck

It really depends on how you feel. If u are a beginner I would not Excerise because your body needs to rest and probably soar. ( I was). I ve been doing it for 3 weeks and I jog when I have energy but only on like yoga day or rest day when the work out isn't that strenuous Hope this helps good luck

try picking healthier alternatives to those items for example instead of potato use sweet potato and for bread and pasta use whole wheat. for dinner have alot of steamed vegetables and protein hope this help
