I am the opposite I had success with IF and have tried small meals throughout the day and now I am struggling. My small meals turn into large meals and I think about food more often.

Hi my goals are to work on my thought patterns and track my intake daily, the good the bad and the ugly not just the good as I have done in the past. I hope to achieve long term weightloss instead of the yo-yoing which I have mastered 😩. I have one son who is 23. I love to travel and explore and try new things!

I struggle with the same issue. I focus on the reason I reach for a soda.
