You will probabaly lose them, i have lost 4 toenails since running, 2 last week after my last half marathon in April, when they fell off there was a nail growing underneath, but was shorter than original nail.

Hi, im from Scotland too, but i suppose you could tell that by my username, haha. Its a lot harder to lose weight when the weather is always crap, but i'm sure we can all do it. Good luck to all of you on your weight loss journey.

When i first started running, i hated it, but the more i ran , i started to love it. The first 10 minutes of my run is not enjoyable but then you get into it and start enjoying it.
