I shop the thrift stores for alot off our clothes. I have 3 children that are just crazy hard on clothes and I refuse to buy expensive clothes for them to destroy. Not only does it save money, but they get more of it for the money.

It flushes your system as well as well as helps keep you fuller so you do not eat as much. I am sure there are more benefits, lol, but those are the 2 I am for sure of!:happy:

I have done the same thing, measure my water in my favorite cup and I usually go over my water intake for the day!!! Works great that way!:happy:

It is possible you need to change the batteries in the smoke alarm. That will happen sometimes when the batteries are dying down. Hope this helps.:wink:
