i'm 5'6'' and i thought i was the only girl who had issues with my butt and thighs. thank the lord i'm not!!!!!!!! i'm 143 and i'm working hard to try and get to 130 because that's where i look fantastic. i'm eating under 1200 calories a day.

i suggest measuring yourself. it's the best way to tell a seriously difference. i'm sure you have heard that muscle weighs more than fat and that's true. so just measure yourself in the places that count every couple of weeks and log it on here! you'll really be happy once you see that your losing inches.

mine is set at 1300 but i usually end up eating only 900 out of of my full allowance. i might even still be hungry but just looking at the calories left over makes me feel like i should just end my day. i'm not sure if it is helping yet or not. i'm really not sure about it at all.
