Strength training before Cardo for the simple reason of you want to be freshest when you lift to reduce the chance of injury. Feel free to do do cardio when your done with your strength training it won't hurt. Also make sure to give your body a rest every now and then so your muscles can heal and grow.

What do you mean by cost? Is drinking water bad for you, I have read both sides and I know its a debated topic, honestly I don't have a opinion either way. I do love water, and drink it regularly. I have increased my water intake and it would seem that its excessive as I am taking trips to the bathroom every 30-60 minutes.

Just cause the sauna is by the showers is no reason to sit in there with your junk uncovered. They give you towels and if they are not big enough for you, wear your shorts... This disgusts me.
