I have a hrm that counts calories and then the treadmill also counts calories. They were about 30 calories different during my workout.
I quit after the hrm hit 300 calories.
Which would you trust?

Go with the HRM.0

Does the HRM have a chest strap? If so, HRM for sure. If not, it's not much more accurate than the treadmill...0

HRM IF it has a chest strap and is programmed correctly.
You could always average the two to get a better idea.0 -
