If you have a bathroom on a different floor use that one instead of the floor your on. Park away from doors rather then close to them when out shopping.

Check out the ft7 I have also been shopping them it has some more features that I would use and its only a few bucks more. I like the fact that you can set you heart rate at the fat burning level and it alarms you if you go out of it. Enjoy your new hrm.

You need to make time for whats important to you. If you want to eat healthy you must schedule it into you day.

I weigh in daily just to keep track but only once a week do I record/count my weight. I uses the WII Fit scale it records and graphs the weight and its also a exercise device not sure if you would call it cost effective but I love it.

I love my protein shake after a workout

I try to rotate lifting/ 1hr cardio Monday through Friday, then on Saturday 1-2 hours of cardio then Sunday is a 45-60 cardio

I go 7 days a week, I lift 3 off the days cardio 4, on the 7th day I play racket ball or basket ball or have a "lighter" then normal workout. Seems to be working for me I take a day off when my body tells me to.

I also am an emotional eater, and when I am tempted or desiring to eat and I shouldn't be I get on here and go through the posts and what not its working for me.
