I was much the same, I got refured to a sleep dr who had a sleep study done on me, found out I have Sleep apnea its where you stop breathing during your sleep. your probably gaining muscle keep at it. do you do measurements? muscle takes up less space for the same weight.

I used mine for the first time last weekend burned over 400cal in a hour (HRM) My wife and kids use it regularly and like it. We just use the WII Fit plus and Biggest loser but I may add the zumba workout as I have heard good things.

no one likes to fail, if you start small go for walks, then jogs, then 5K......You will learn to love to push your self. Keep at it you can do it and learn to love it. I hated it now I love it (when I am done) still don't like going and starting but I love the feeling flowing a workout.

I take 5mg of melatonin it works for me, with no groggy effect after my morning coffee. But you need to go to bed with in 20 minutes of taking it or it seems not to work for me.

I have to many excuses at home, going to the gym works for me. I have been mixing it up though some running/walking nn my village trails and a little wii fit at home but when the kids are around its hard unless they go with me and then my workouts not so good. Find whats best for you and keep with it good luck

I am sure it depends on the brand but Franks red hot is good, not allot of ingredients. I put that @%IO on every thing.
