Hello...I also am a mother of 3...all by c-section too. I lost 90 pounds. I would work out alot and never lost anything. When I started tracking my food on here I realized I was eating way too many calories. Just make sure you are eating the right amount. Too many or even too few could result in the scale sticking. Here is my two cents on it! 1. I don't think you NEED to lift weights but it burns alot of calories and that's good! Also muscle is good, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn even when you're not working out!!! But any kind of exercise is good! 2. When I started I topped in at 220 pounds!!! In the beginning I would eat about 1600 calories a day and only work out for 30 min. The weight came off pretty fast. But the reason I ate so many calories in the start is so I would have somewhere to fall back on when weight loss slowed down...the more closer I got to my goal…

Are you eating too much sodium??? I was stuck at the same weight for a couple weeks and dropped down the sodium to under 2000mg and the scale started moving down again. Just a thought. Looks though by your post your doing it right. Maybe just wait it out, it would be impossible for you to actually be gaing real weight but…

I went from 220 to 124 and it took about 3 years...I did it slow and I do have some skin issues. Especially on my stomach and legs. I have read all kinds of different replies to this kind of question..some say sagging skin recovers somewhat after a couple years and others say it doesn't. I have been maintaining for about 5…

I am making a crockpot lasagna tonight. I haven't made it before so fingers crossed it turns out. I got the recipe on facebook from crockpot girls. I just tweeked the recipe a bit to be more low cal/low fat.I could have made it more low in sodium by using low fat ricotta but I wanted to try it with the cottage cheese.I am…
