  • I snowshoe every chance I get when we have enough snow. It's a real heart-pumping exercise when breaking new trails and boy, does your butt feel it the next day! lol. It's also a form of exercise where you can adjust your own pace for whatever your goal is.
  • Completed W2D2 yesterday after work. It was rough. My legs felt pretty dead but made it through. I think I need to eat something at work just before end of day to ensure that I have enough energy.
  • One thing that I find helps me is to pre-make some of the meals for the weekend. Like to snack a lot, get some snack-sized food ready in fridge. Want pasta for dinner? Make up the ingredients ahead of time. Always keep some granola bars in vehicle. That helps me big time!

  • I work out about 4 days a week if you exclude my daily walking at work. 2 days of weight and 2 days of intense cardio. Ballgames get added to this.

However, I have lost 1 inch over all this month so I can't complain!

  • W1D2 done last night. Man, that was a brutal run against a strong headwind for the first 1/2 of the run but felt good to get it done!
  • Try this trick...it's so simple that it works. Set your alarm clock in some part of the room where you are forced to get out of bed to turn it off. At that point, you might as well get dressed and go work out. Oh yeah, and having your clothes laid out the night before helps big time.
  • Drink mint tea. That actually curbs my appetite!

  • I've had to restart a week before and that was week 6. To be fair, I had a lot going on that week and was just drained and my running kind of sucked.   • Decided to get back into running again so I started with W1D1 yesterday and felt pretty good. I feel like I could skip to 2nd week but given that I'm starting fastball again very soon, it's better not to push it too much too soon! :)
  • I used to get hungry like you until I figured out that I needed a high-protein breakfast which includes 2 eggs and some cheese. THat helped me not be so hungry throughout the day. In addition, I always keep a container of nuts at my desk. That seems to help curb my hunger for a bit.

  • 15?? Omg, I have 3 regular bras and 3 sports bras at any given time. I have experienced some loss in the girls but more back fat than anything else. Look at it this way, smaller boobs=less getting in the way!
