  • Just try your best and stop drinking it. Just picture yourself without it and I'm sure if you keep in mind the self you can be without it will be super motivational!

Also, calorie counting will be very rewarding and along with calorie counting with MyFitnessPal, you might want to go to your nearest Walmart and pick up a food scale (if you haven't already). Knowing is the first step to understanding accurately how much calories you're putting into your body. Again welcome!
