  • Well I just put the cous cous and boiling water in a bowl with cling film on top to absorb the water, i dont know if thats how youre supposed to do it... i thought it was haha
  • 9 stone 11 now and i am 5'6 my fitness pal says i should be eating 1200 calories a day but to be honest i havent been logging my foods everyday i have just been eating healthly, maybe i should start logging again as i have no idea the calories etc intake. hmm n no i drink water but not enough only 0.5-1L a day could that…
  • I know diet coke doesnt have any calories but does it contain sugar? I just find it too good to be true that you could drink as much as you wanted and it wouldnt affect you?? Anybody know? I hope that makes sense or do I sound stupid?

  • Thanks, I already feel healthier in my mind if that makes sense... :indifferent: I thought Ild hate going swimming as I am not a strong swimmer, I can only doggy paddle and it takes me ages to do a length! lol but during the legs bums and tums I wanted to get as hot and sweaty as I could so I knew it was doing something.…
