It's only 10th Feb now. Keep doing what you're doing and stay off the scales for at least a week.....it's frustrating, but it takes 10x longer to get the weight off than to put it on!

Well done. Haven't done measurements yet, but 11lbs off which I'm very pleased with! I have noticed that I'm gradually allowing more 'relaxed' days though....must keep an eye on that and make sure I don't go too far! Still logging everything, even on those days, and being appalled at myself when I'm 1000 over for a day…

Every Wednesday morning - but if I don't like what I see (due to salt/water, whatever) will have another go the day after, or the day after that, until I see numbers I like and log the good ones! ;-)

Wow! Fab results - I'm going to take some 'before' pics tonight....started (again) just over a week ago and want to drop around 30lbs. Hopefully pics will keep me on track!!

Easier said than done, but try not to beat yourself up about it. It's done now and we all need a blow out once in a while, or life would be very dull. You've done amazingly well so far....and once in a while won't hurt, so long as it doesn't become too regular. relax, today is a new day. Think I've run out of cliches now,…
