  • Hello! I've tried it, didn't make me lose any more weight then normal but I felt and looked a lot less bloated then I did before and as I bloat very easily I was obviously happy about that. I didn't follow their eating plan as it cut out a lot of stuff which I couldn't live without like meat and dairy but kept to my normal…

  • I'm 5'4 and my goal weight was about 135 - but as I'm at about 136 now and don't feel it's enough so might do 126ish
  • 5'4 and about 138lbs - I eat 1480 and noted as sedentary as I have an office job and only work out a couple of times a week at the gym. I'm losing about about 0.5lbs a week. I also eat back my exercise calories. I did 1200 aiming for 2 pounds a week loss for about 4 months and lost round 9lbs (I started at around 158lb)…

  • I'm 5'4 and started at around 154 and I'm now 144. My goal is set for 135 but I'd be happy with anything between 140-135. Basically until my UK size 10s (a US 6 I think!) fit comfortably again.
  • I'm from the UK - Birmingham :) feel free to add me!

  • I don't so much have over all pet peeves but there's two woman at the gym who annoy me. First is 'can't make up her mind' lady - who seems to pick one person to follow around every time she's there and just do what they do. She'll spend the 30 minutes she's there and go on everything for only about 2-5 minutes so maybe 5…
  • Thanks everyone, I've started to not eat back my calories but I do sometimes use them as a safety net just in case I'm having a hungry day or my plans change ect. In the end I downloaded the mapmyfitness app and wore my phone in a holder on my arm - I'll see how I go with that but thank you for the advice
  • ^this It works for me, if I eat over 1200 then it's because I'm having a greedy moment not because I'm hungry! I've only been doing this for around 2 months and it did take me the first 2-3 weeks to get the hang of it, to learn what foods were best, and learn to say no. but now I'm on the right track and I'm going just…
  • Mine is open (i think!) so feel free to have a look. I pre-plan a lot and tend to only over eat due to being greedy not out of hunger.
