Are you under the care of a physiotherapist? they should be able to advise you. Swimming is always good as you are effectively weightless in the water and that should help

If you are out, ask the serving staff to take away the bread rolls and bring you a small plate or bowl. Put the excess food in the bowl and send it back. Ask if they do a junior or light portion too. Food dosen't cost any more because its in the bin but if you eat it it costs you calories.

I have 3 babies and I used masses of Vitamin E cream throughout my pregnancies which seemed to help. My weight loss has helped too (I am currently 2 stones lighter than my heaviest weight) but I agree, they never really disappear just fade.

Thanks guys. Each day is a new start for me, but how many new starts can I take? I don't want to spend the rest of my life the size I am. Off to drink some water and go do the housework xx
