I am 100% extremely in.

I bought the sugar free cake mix and the sugar free frosting and I plan on making it for myself for Christmas. I usually don't have dessert at all but I thought it would be nice to have something just for the day and then I will toss what is left. Besides being on a restricted eating part of my plan I am also diabetic so…

I love squash soup. It is so full of flavor and the creaminess makes it one of my favorite comfort foods so thanks for the recipe. This is not a recipe but I bake acorn squash in the oven real slow and it is delicious.

I know what you mean. When people ask how much I have lost I am embarrassed because I have so much further to go. On the other hand, I am offended when no one notices my weight loss. I think I am fickle.

Have you made it with sugar free cool whip and sugar free pudding? I don't eat sugar so I am wondering if it is just as good sugar free? Thanks for the recipe.:flowerforyou:

Thanks so much. This is such a reasonable approach to Thanksgiving. I was a little worried on how I was going to handle the day but you just made my life easier:flowerforyou:

Yes HCG has been around for awhile. In the early 1970's there were clinics where you paid a lot of money to get injections. After a few years it was deemed unhealthy and unsafe and dropped off the radar for a lot of years. In 1974 my friend dropped a ton of weight rapidly following the HCG plan under a medical clinics…

You are so awesome to recognize what is happening with your body and then share it with others. If only one young woman reads your post and gets a wake up call then you have been an inspiration and maybe saved someone's health. It is so easy to get caught up in a weight loss addiction and it is just as serious as…

These sound delicious. I needed a new chicken recipe, so thanks.

I was upset too but not shocked because obviously the game play has begun. Tina is not a threat but Allie is. She is strong and fierce and would definitely have been more competition than Tina.

That sliding fat pads sounds a little weird to me. I did read an article not long ago (can't remember where) that said running can cause skin to sag more on older women and it said walking is better because of the problem. I run very little so I didn't worry too much but I do know a lot of women who run and I don't think…

I Love pumpkin. Thanks so much for the recipes.:flowerforyou:

Between 6:30 and 7:00. I personally like to eat earlier but that doesn't work for our schedules.

I brown 90/10 ground beef with onion and garlic and sprinkle in some Mexican seasoning, salt and pepper. I use it to layer my own taco salad. I put a salad on a plate, add about 1/4 cup of canned rinsed beans (I use red kidney beans) 2 ounces of the ground beef, top with 1/2 grated low fat cheddar cheese, add 2 tablespoon…

I have a lot of homemade recipes too and I love the recipe feature on this website. Just do what was previously suggested and enter all of the ingredients into the builder and divide by the number of servings. I have also done this on paper by looking up the calories for each item that has a calorie value and then…

For snacks I keep almonds and dried apricots in my desk at work because that combo seems to keep me going. For breakfast a must have is Adam's natural creamy peanut butter (I eat 1/2 serving and it is plenty) raw honey and orowheat double fiber english muffins. Other meals, salad in the box or bag, lots of veggies, fruits,…

I also got this one from a WW leader years ago. It is delicious and my husband loves it! It is 1 point for 2 cups. I checked once and it was accurate. If you add sour cream, cilantro a squeeze of lime and a few crumbled corn tortilla chips it is awesome (remember to add the points or calories.) Taco Soup It's a great point…

They sound good and I like the fact they have very little sugar and are made with whole grains.

My sweet father who is now deceased was originally from Oklahoma and his mom was from Missouri so I am not sure where these originated. He would say "I feel like I'm walkin in tall cotton" which meant he was feeling happy, content or blessed. He said 'hogwash' (nice word for bull sh**t) when he thought something was untrue…
