Definitely not getting enough so I'm joining in to make myself more conscious of veggies - which I love. It's just cooking for 2 grown men - my sons - and a 3 year old I tend to focus more on the starch and protein with some veggies added. We get plenty of fruit as that's a grab as you will type of food. So adding more…

Less chemicals in the food itself and less processed food overall. Less cheap 'fast' food that is nothing but junk your body doesn't need.

So, no alcohol yesterday. Cutting back on my 'casual' drinking of 1 or 2 every day. Last night when feeling I 'wanted something' I got myself a glass of cherry kefir. LOL Something tasty and healthy instead. I think for me it's about developing new habits.

Lots of good ideas. Mostly I just like a small - tablespoon's worth - amount of half and half. On the odd day I want it sweeter, I've been adding VitaFiber. It's an IMO sweetener that I bought to use making my own protein bars. 1 tsp has 10 cal. Carbs are 4 but fiber is 3 so that only counts as 1 net carb.
