  • Last night, Friday, made it 6 days AF this week. For my Friday drink I made myself a Mock Mule: blackberries muddled, lime juice, a pinch of sugar and ginger beer (af). With crushed ice it was delicious. The main flavor in a Moscow Mule is the ginger beer anyway. Here's to our health.

  • If you're working out and gaining muscle the scale won't be the best way to judge progress. Do your clothes fit looser? Have you taken your measurements so that you can see if your losing inches?

  • Went to Happy Hour last night for food and wine. Had 2 glasses of my 3 drinks a week. Ok with that. 4 glasses of water to 2 of wine. Then came home and wanted something sweet.
