All I want are damn tips to losing more weight. I know I'm fat so just give me damn tips already!
-
I do consider it dedication and I am proud I am active and healthy now. But I want to know the RIGHT way to lose weight.

I'm reading all posts guys. But I cannot, I repeat...CANNOT WEIGH MY FOOD! Why? I use to battle with anorexia and if I start to weigh my food I will soon relapse. I know I will. So please, give me some other advice that doesn't involve weighing my food.

Not really that hard to workout that much. Really easy actually. Just takes dedication.
-
What?
-
My workouts involve running, walking fast pace, cycling, strength training.
-
Why do you call a plateau that? I'm honestly curious because I've never heard that definition before. People will tell me when dieting that its normal to hit a plateau and just keep doing what you're doing.

I use MyFitnessPal. I don't understand that question:-/

Since I last lost weight was senior year of high school. And I'm nineteen how. Calorie intake is usually around 1300 to 1400 and with my workouts I typically burn around 1200 or 1400.

My clothes size is 5-6 in jeans, sometimes a size 4. Tops I wear a small or extra small. Or sometimes for most brands even an extra small is too big for me. This is a recent profile picture by the way.

Exercise routine: Running with added strength and weight lifting sessions seven days a week. Height: 5'6 Weight: Around 150

Okay I truthfully had no idea fruits were considered a carb? But mainly I always seemed to believe carbs were things like pasta and breads. Now I'm lost.
-
No, that is not my reasoning. I am honestly just curious. I want to know what others guess my weight to be.

And guys I understand this is a weird question to be asking. But I did mention I am 147 just now. I run a lot and currently do weight-lifting to make myself stay small for my height. 145 is what I want to get down to so only two more pounds to go. :-) Oh and by the way I really do look that small in person. Its not the…

**** you are literally spot on there! Great estimate. Lol

I just wonder because people still think I'm lying when I mention my real weight and assume I am much smaller than that. Guys don't worry I won't be offended. Like when I say I need to lose a little weight people would look at me as if I were mentally disabled or just not thinking right.
-
Uhhhh what's a trap? I am simply curious what people assume is my weight. How is that a crime all of a sudden?
-
Amen!!!????
-
I totally agree with you! I am at 147 and working my way down to 140 and hopefully back down to 135. Which is where I was back in high school. People tell me I don't need to lose anymore, ***** back off its my body and if I feel I want to lose I will. Mind their own damn business! Seriously it pissed me off when people…

That's a really interesting article. I typically forget a lot of times we tend to burn more calories on our periods. Well I must be invincible with calorie burning practically. Lmao! I keep my very active workout schedule going on or off my period. Really nothing would take me away from running. Or weight lifting. ????
-
I am the exact same way as you! Like, when I feel my period cravings come I consider a one day to let myself enjoy the foods my period crazes. And since I adapted a steady, active, and healthy lifestyle I only crave healthy options. And, shockingly with that one day of no log-in, after my period I ended u losing like,…

I have been down this EXACT same road and I to have gotten through it on my own. Trust me its hard and a difficult journey but its NOT impossible! Eat more healthy foods. I run and I do keep that up but also do strength training as well. Eat more healthy options with that and you'll gain MUSCLE, eat more junk food you'll…

Mainly boredom for me so I try to distract myself until I know I'm hungry for real, to the point where my stomach feels empty. Running and strength training actually make me have a small appetite to be honest.
-
I run six sometimes seven times a week for 6 or 7 miles:-)
-
Thank you, exactly what I am trying to tell them. Well good point also, they really don't exercise. So how would they know?
-
You could be. Every morning at the gym I burn a little more than 1300 calories. But my workouts are typically running over an hour, stationary bike for fifty minutes, a little on the elliptical and strength training
-
Thanks:) I may give this a shot. I am becoming more aware of what is healthy for my body and what isn't so I stay clear of junk foods and look for healthier alternatives.

I understand Dr. Oz is wrong on some things. But he doesn't tend to have to pointers and tips for people out their trying to follow a healthier lifestyle.

I think I will just stick to what is originally working for me. Saw it on a Dr. Oz show and got curious if something like that was really accurate.
