I eat healthy 98% of the time.

What is that suppose to mean dude?

Counting my calories has helped me understand portion controls and in all honesty has taught me what foods to kind of step a little away from. Like, I know I am active, very active actually, but I cannot have too many carbs and glutens without getting sick. So you could say I am close to a gluten free diet. I'm not gluten…

I spend a lot of time with her. A few times each week actually.

You're not missing out. Its a ****ed up trend that needs to end because it will never happen. Unless the person is ACTUALLY BORN WITH ONE!!!!

I don't dream of eating that. I live off a Vegan diet so I had a dream once that my mom was trying to force me to eat meat...it was scary. Lol

Jiff peanut butter or almond butter are my favorites.

Apparently I misunderstood the diet then. I am working towards losing a few more pounds though. I am being serious when I say, even with my workout routine I have a very small appetite. I can't help that and I honestly think its stupid to physically force yourself to eat something when you aren't hungry.

I typically do working out in the mornings. Breakfast, no lunch, and dinner. If anything I between its a green apple. I really only do this because I have a small appetite.

Thank you so much. And I agree with the diary, yogurt is hard to give up but I'm trying. And I will have to get a B12 supplement then. This is what I'm doing for health reasons by the way. But I am caring for animals and want what's best for them. I mean so many people forget animals can have feels JUST LIKE humans.

Consider this. Do your clothes still fit even though the number just isn't moving? If so then it IS muscle gain. If you find that some of your clothes are getting tighter, then it IS NOT muscle gain but just fat gain. I run six times a week and the number on the scale is pretty much the same for me. But, my clothes fit…

Did I not make myself clear? Counting calories is not a trigger. Its measuring.

Telling someone who is dealing with an eating disorder sometimes isn't enough. Like I said before, our brains actually function differently. You don't know what its like to live with an eating disorder so you cannot just read a damn article and automatically know how to get someone recovered. Its the victims choice. Its…

I just want people to understand they need to stop believing these bull**** stereotypes on eating disorders.

Okay guys listen up here. I'm posting this from experience with anorexia and as a warning. So many people out there misunderstand eating disorders. You don't have to be skinny to be anorexic and you don't have to be fat to be a binge eater. You don't have to always have veins popping out in your eye from purging to be…

I change NOTHING when my period comes. I still continue my running long distance and weight lifting. My periods put me through aches and pains, well I'm giving my period hardcore pay back.

I can always be a motivation for you.

Well when I first became vegetarian I didn't really do much, well, any research on this lifestyle so I mostly consumed only salads. And since I'm a runner that isn't another to live off salads for me.
-
I totally agree with you! So many people are thinking and calling it a diet when really its a lifestyle choice. Being vegetarian or vegan or even Raw Vegan does not always mean the person will lose weight. For some yes, but for others no. As a vegetarian and vegan you still got to watch your diet.
-
Well I would like to tell you what not to do. And that is, do not go around those who do eat meat and talk about how much much you hate meat and don't like it. Their sensitive, well some are and don't like hearing you trash talk their diet. Also when going vegetarian, start off slowly. Take out one kind of non-vegetarian…

I love that site! So choke full of great tips for the vegetarian and vegan athletes. ????

I actually read an article on what they plan on doing to the chicken in China and then shipping it to us. Apparently they are possibly going to thrown in these weird ingredients and you will have no idea what they'll be. I won't let them do that and put that sort of thing in my body. Plus, I like animals. Why would they…

I am the exact same way! Glad I'm not alone on this boat. :-)
-
Thanks I will be sure to. I am going to be a better vegetarian than I was before. And quick question, should I up my fiber and protein to stay full longer? What foods help you?
-
^ This. I use to consume a little too much sodium, and also workout 7 days a week. I'm a long-distance runner and also weight lift. And once I cut back I replace it with healthy options, fiber is a great alternative. It'll keep you feeling full and flush out through your system so you won't (hopefully) have that bloated…

I truly do not feel exhausted. Actually I feel more energized after my workouts. 3-6 hours or just 4 hours. Either way I feel better after each one of them. And truth be told, I really don't have a big appetite. Honestly I never have. Like if I didn't workout I probably would never eat because I would never be hungry. And…

seriously how many damn times do I have to say it!! I'm fat, I'm not going to some stupid doctor who doesn't know me really and I want to lose weight. End of story its my life, its my body and I can do whatever the hell I want!
